MadC x Landesmuseum Darmstadt
I'm proud to finally share my latest outdoor installation for Landesmuseum Darmstadt, Germany. It adorns the outside of the picture gallery of the museum and connects the outside with the inside.
This project was very special for many reasons. It was the first time I painted such a large floor outdoors; no wall works by itself, it's an immersive experience with two points of view where the lines on the various walls and floor match; and it was particularly difficult to paint, since I couldn't park a lift in between the walls, due to the picture gallery being underneath. It was a physical challenge as well as a cognitive one.

In August 2021 MadC painted the control tower at Punta Cana international airport in the Dominican Republic. Amazing to see how you don't just paint colorful lines on a building. There is a ton of depth, color choice is perfect, composition is perfect. A MadC comeback is never disappointing. Glad to see a new post today!
